How soon will I get my prints?
4-6 weeks.

Where are my pictures?
If you created an album at the event, then select "Albums Created at..." in the sub-gallery area with the other age groups. Otherwise, select the age group and then game(s) on the next screen. You may need to enter "Next" to get to the next group of games.

Can I find a picture by picture number?
You must first locate the game (see above) and then browse to the picture number.

Where are the team photos?
There are in the "Teams" sub-gallery and sequenced chronologically.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

Why do I have to login to add images to my shopping cart?
By logging in, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account.

Does it cost anything to login in?
No.

Can I select different pictures within a package?
Yes. Each item of a package can be a different picture. Add the package to the cart and then add pictures to the various items of the package.

What forms of payment can I use?
You can use VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal.

Why does it cost more on-line than at the event?
For posters, the cost is the same since all posters are shipped. For prints, CD's, and plaques, there is a shipping and handlings charge. At the event, you receive these immediately, but on-line there is a need to ship them.
